1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service or product offered by 98tp ("the Platform," "we," "our," or "us") through the website https://98tp.club, you ("the User," "you," or "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies posted on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Account Management and Security

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Currency. All transactions on 98tp are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 98tp accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. Additional methods may be added or removed at 98tp's discretion.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "playthrough requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. 6. Game Rules and Fairness

6.1 Game Outcomes. All casino games offered on 98tp operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are conducted via live dealer studios. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by 98tp or its staff.

6.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or software failure, 98tp reserves the right to declare the affected bets or rounds void. Any amounts credited to an account as a result of a malfunction are not payable. 98tp's decision regarding malfunction disputes is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Violation of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
